I am Sanjay Chandra, Microsoft Certified Trainer with over 6 years of work experience. I am an Electronics Engineer and MBA by qualification. I worked in Analytics, Corporate Finance, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, App Development and Corporate Training
I am Sanjay Chandra, working as Tech Lead, Digital & AI Labs in Controlling Capability Centers at Hitachi Energy. I started my career in Bheema Cements Limited which was in severe financial crisis and looking for revival.
Initially I worked on the financial & legal due diligence where I collected, analyzed and curated data of 15+ departments under 120+ heads spanning over a 5-year timeframe.
This helped me to understand how a company works and its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Later, I consolidated the entire data and built a centralized repository.
Working at the time of crisis helped me to understand key challenges faced by private sector. I attended investor meetings for fund raising process. I drafted 40+ letters, proposals, presentations and emails for revival of the company.
After working for 4 years, my interest grew towards finance & data.
I got into 2-year full-time MBA (2019-21) at Manipal University Jaipur. I am the recipient of the Highest TSB Merit Scholarship sponsored by Manipal Group. I graduated with an Academic Gold Medal.
In 2021, I joined Hitachi Energy (formerly ABB Powergrids) as a Senior Data Analyst for Supply Chain Management. Later, I got elevated to Business Intelligence role at Controlling & Planning CoE. I work on Microsoft Power Platform to deliver reports, dashboards, apps & flows. I also deliver customized training sessions and workshops on Excel & Power BI.
